Project timelines and deliverables will be agreed upon before the start of work. Any changes to project requirements after the agreement may result in additional costs.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed quotation or invoice.
  • For custom projects, a deposit is required before development begins.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services until full payment is received.

5. Refund Policy

  • For software licenses and digital products, all sales are final.
  • Refunds are only provided if the product is defective and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time.
  • Service fees for digital marketing, hosting, or consultancy are non-refundable once work has started.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information and necessary resources for project completion.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
  • You must not use our services for any illegal activities.

7. Special Terms & Client Commitments

  1. Document & Content Provision – The client will provide all necessary documents and content, or assist our executives in arranging them.
  2. Travel & Accommodation – For visits to locations outside the head office, the client will arrange and bear the cost of transport, food, and accommodation for our team.
  3. Package Pricing – The agreed price covers all listed modules or particulars. Any new or additional modules/products will require a separate purchase order.
  4. Change Requests – After completion of any module or deliverable, any change will be subject to additional charges as per a formal Change Request (CR) document.
  5. Third-Party Tools & Licenses – While Rushda Soft provides software and support, any third-party tools, plugins, or licenses (if necessary) will be purchased separately by the client.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All software, code, and designs created by Rushda Soft remain our property until full payment is made.
  • Upon payment, you receive a license or ownership rights as agreed in the contract.
  • You may not resell or redistribute our products without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Rushda Soft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products/services.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, internet issues, or security breaches beyond our control.

10. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if you breach these terms.
  • Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be cleared.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date.
